This project aimed to create a dedicated anniversary campaign website for Marilyn, Taiwan’s leading luxury brand for bespoke medical-grade corsets and body-shaping wear. I successfully translated the brand’s "Elegant & Professional" visual DNA into a high-efficiency digital experience. By optimizing the information architecture and implementing a centrosymmetric design aesthetic, I not only improved operational flow for 10 tested users but also effectively strengthened trust among potential customers, ultimately contributing to significant sales growth.

Situation

Marilyn is a premier luxury brand in Taiwan specializing in high-end bespoke corsets and body-shaping wear. For their annual anniversary event—the brand’s most critical sales period—they required a dynamic and sophisticated digital campaign platform to showcase their unique craftsmanship while driving high-intent customer leads and sales.

Task

The objective was to translate Marilyn’s "Elegant & Dependable" brand identity into an efficient digital experience. Key goals included streamlining a complex information architecture involving multiple product categories and tiers of discounts, ensuring that potential customers could effortlessly navigate the offers and complete the booking process.

Action

  1. trategic Branding: Developed a design strategy anchored in "Refined Temperament," utilizing a sophisticated color palette of metallic gold (#B28850) and silver to reflect the brand's premium status. I also designed custom iconography to communicate body-shaping functions intuitively.

  2. Structural Optimization: Implemented a four-column grid system for the special discount sections to enhance readability and allow users to compare complex promotional packages at a glance.

  3. Aesthetic Balance: Employed a centrosymmetric design principle on product pages to establish visual equilibrium, fostering a sense of security and reassurance for users interacting with high-ticket health and fashion products.

  4. Frictionless Conversion: Redesigned the "Booking" forms with a focus on extreme simplicity to prevent cognitive overload, ensuring a seamless transition from product discovery to offline appointment scheduling.

Result

  • Validated Excellence: The 10-week project underwent usability testing with 10 participants, who praised the platform’s clear hierarchy and ease of use.
